ANATOMICAL & FUNCTIONAL RECONSTRUCTIVE UROLOGY
Care for adult buried penis, Peyronie's disease, penoscrotal webbing, and repair of prior genital surgery, with the goals of comfort, hygiene, function, and appearance.
ANATOMICAL CONCEALMENT
Adult Buried Penis Release
Prepubic fat descent and loss of dartos elasticity can conceal the penile shaft, causing recurrent balanitis, severe hygiene loss, and inability to void standing up. Corrected via prepubic lipectomy and suspensory ligament tacking.

ACQUIRED PENILE CURVATURE
Peyronie’s Disease Correction

When is surgery for Peyronie's disease done?
Once the curve has stopped changing for several months and pain during erections has settled, and the curve gets in the way of sex.
Will plication make me shorter?
Plication straightens by shortening the longer side, so some loss of length is expected. Grafting or an implant may suit severe curves or men worried about length.
What causes a buried penis?
Weight gain, loss of skin elasticity, lichen sclerosus, and sometimes prior circumcision. Weight loss helps, but many men still need surgery to release and restore it.
Is buried penis surgery cosmetic?
No. It treats real problems: trouble urinating standing up, skin infections, and hygiene. It's usually covered by insurance when those problems are present.
What is recovery like?
It depends on the operation, from a few days for smaller procedures to several weeks after larger reconstruction. You'll get specific instructions before surgery.
